From Herminghausen to SFS
Our history
SFS GmbH was founded in 1994 from the service department of the Herminghausen company.
In 1996 we carried out the first machine overhaul for Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach.
In 2001 we moved to a new production hall in Mühlheim am Main.
To date, after more than 25 years, we have been able to implement more than 250 successful machine projects with our customers.
Our motivation - sustainable mechanical engineering
For us, the sensible use of existing resources is the definition of sustainability. A machine that is rebuilt on the basis of a used machine saves not only financial but also ecological resources. With our stock of used machines, we can rebuild Herminghausen SR1, SR2, SR3, SR4, SR40, SR45, SR5 and Hartex HT4 machines into a new machine and thus start the product life cycle from scratch.
